JRA Origins
JRA was established in 1988 to provide bid and project management support services to defence industry companies and the UK Ministry of Defence. Since that time JRA has widened its sphere of operations to encompass the diverse range of services it offers today. JRA provides support to organisations wishing in integrate their safety cases and environmental policies into a practical, easy to understand and maintainable system. This is done by deploying teams or individuals to work alongside organisations ensuring that they remain fully compliant in the areas which will improve safety, environmental awareness and in some cases improved processes and bottom line profit. Alternatively, some clients prefer JRA to work remotely from their organisation in delivering solutions tailored to their needs.
JRA Aerospace Ltd is an EN ISO9001:2000 certificated company, with a healthy annual turnover and a client base of more than 100 companies, including public sector organisations and universities in the UK, Europe and the USA.
Our successful business approach is based on working with our clients throughout the evolution of a task, ensuring we deliver a product that is not only economical to implement, but efficient and easy to maintain.

JRA achieves ISO 14001 Environmental Standard
JRA is very pleased to announce that they have achieved the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Standard, confirming their commitment to long-term environmental protection. The international standard requires procedures for managing environmental aspects of a business, with targets for waste reduction and energy efficiency. Andy Ramdeen, JRA’s Senior Environmental Management Consultant explains, "We're really proud of this achievement. Many of our staff are already actively involved in environmental issues, so it seemed logical for the company to build on this enthusiasm” Andy Evans JRA’s Business Director commented ‘I am very pleased that our Environmental Management System has been certified and integrated into our day to day activities.
